For years I've owned chrisachard.com... until I accidentally let the domain expire, and now it hosts a rotating buffet of spam and gambling sites. Hooray. 🫠
But! There's more going on in software than ever before - and I'm here for it. I've been more productive, happier, more fulfilled at work, and more ready to take on challenges than ever before. Maybe it's the AI psychosis talking, but I'm genuinely excited about technology in a way that I haven't been for a long time.
At the same time, my optimism is definitely a cautious optimism. Things have never moved faster (which can be fun!), but it's also destabilizing to see your career change so drastically in such a short period of time.

cachard.com will now be the place I write, post videos, and maybe try creating some courses again. I'll bring you along as I build ML systems with AI agents and tools, compete in Kaggle competitions, and explore how all of this works.
